Chicken with rice and vegetables
Necessary products:
- 2 cups rice Pearl "Fiorre"
- 1 piece. chicken / 1-1,2kg /
- 420g canned peas
- 420g canned sweet corn
- 1 piece. carrots
- onion
- sol
- pepper
Method of preparation:
Cut the chicken and put it in a saucepan, adding the finely chopped onions and carrots, salt to taste and pepper. Add enough water to pour over the chicken. After the chicken is cooked, carefully drain the broth, it will be needed for the preparation of the dish. In a pan add the broth in which you cooked the chicken. Add the rice and put in the oven for about 10 minutes. Then add the peas, corn and mix well. The chicken is added last, on top of the vegetables. Bake until the rice absorbs the liquid.
