Necessary products:
- corn semolina Fiorre - 450g
- water -1 1/4 l.
- oil -125 gr.
- cheese - 400 g
Method of preparation:
Boil 1 1/4 l of water, salt it and gradually pour Fiorre Cornmeal, stirring constantly for 1-3 minutes. Pour the mixture into a suitable serving dish. Garnish with grated cheese and pour over melted butter.
