Tabbouleh - parsley salad with tomatoes and bulgur
Necessary products:
- 100 g Wheat bulgur "Fiorre"
- 3 bunches of parsley
- 1 onion
- 4 tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 100 ml. olive oil
- 1 tsp water sol
- mint
Method of preparation:
Put the bulgur in a bowl, pour hot water over it and leave it to swell for 15 minutes. Put the finely chopped tomatoes, parsley, mint and onion in another bowl. Add salt and season with pepper and cinnamon. They mix. The bulgur is drained and mixed with other products. Finally, add the lemon juice and olive oil. Everything is mixed up.
