Vine sarmi in Greek
Necessary products:
- 50 vine leaves Fiorre
- 500 g of rice Classic Fiorre
- 160 ml of olive oil
- link fresh onions
- fresh dill
- parsley
- mint
- 100 ml of lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Method of preparation:
Finely chop the onion, fry it in hot olive oil. Leave the products to soften. Transfer the pre-washed rice. Pour a little water and lemon juice. Sprinkle with black pepper to taste and salt, stir, boil the rice briefly. Cut the fresh spices into small pieces, add them to the other products. Pour a little more water, olive oil and lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil and let the rice absorb the liquid. We wrap thin elongated sarmas. Arrange them in a saucepan, at the bottom of which we put a few leaves. Pour olive oil, pour plenty of lemon juice. Cover the sarma with a plate, pour water until covered. Once the mixture boils, reduce the heat and cook for 30 minutes. Serve the cabbage cold.
