Ashurе with berries
Necessary products:
- hulled wheat Fiorre - 200 g
- brown sugar Fiorre - 1 tsp.
- crystal sugar Fiorre- 2 tbsp.
- starch - 1 p. vanilla
- berries - 150 g / pomegranate, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries /
- walnuts - 1/2 tsp. nuts
- raisins Fiorre- 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
Wash the hulled Fiorre wheat very well. Put it in a cooking pot and pour water - 1: 3 parts. Boil the wheat until fully cooked. During cooking, remove the foam and, if necessary, add more water. When the wheat is ready, add the sugar and the diluted starch in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Once the ashura thickens, remove it from the heat. add the raisins, walnuts and berries. Stir until smooth, pour into suitable bowls or cups. Serve chilled.
