Beans with pork
Necessary products:
- Beans Yubka Fiorre-250g
- pork shoulder-400g
- 1 onion
- 1-2 carrots
- 2 bay leaves
- Black pepper grains
- allspice grains
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
Soak beans Fiorre Yubka in cold water overnight. Finely chop the onions and carrots and the meat into small pieces. Add the vegetables and meat to the beans. Add the bay leaves, black peppercorns, allspice and salt. Mix well and place in a moderate oven at 180-200 degrees for about 2 and a half hours.
