Beans in a casserole with smoked ribs
Necessary products:
- 500g beans Elite "Fiorre"
- 500 g smoked ribs
- 5 tablespoons oil
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 stalk of fresh garlic
- 1 piece carrots
- 1 piece red pepper
- 1 piece tomato
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 6-7 sprigs of fresh mint
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2-3 leaves of celery salt to taste
Method of preparation:
The beans are washed and soaked in water for about 12 hours. Then the water is changed, new is poured, soda is added and put on the stove. Once it boils, the water is changed again, the beans are washed and transferred to a clay pot. Green onions, garlic, carrots and red peppers are cleaned and cut into small pieces. Put in the casserole together with a little oil and paprika, then add water. Cover the delicious beans in the casserole and put in a cold oven. The beans are cooked for about half an hour at 220 degrees, after which the temperature is reduced to 150 degrees. At the end of cooking, when the beans are almost ready, add salt to taste, grated tomato, fresh spices - mint, thyme, celery and sliced smoked ribs. The pork ribs are returned to the oven and cooked until fully cooked.
