Energy bites of oatmeal and flaxseed

     Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Oatmeal ''Fiorre''
  • ½ cup of Flax seeds ''Fiorre''
  • ½ A glass of creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 6 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup dry grated coconut

     Method of preparation:

Take peanut butter, honey and vanilla essence in a bowl and beat with an electric stirrer. Add the flax seeds, chocolate chips, dried coconut and oatmeal and mix well. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape them into balls.
