Pаrboiled rice Fiorre is produced by a special technology where it is first soaked and then passed through water vapor. It is followed by drying in the sun or with warm air in dryers. In this way, the nutrients are transferred into the interior of the grains. The porboiled rice is translucent and has a yellowish, amber color.
